This petition has been filed to direct the Juvenile Justice Board, Tiruvannamalai District to consider the bail application of the petitioner's minor son Vignesh (17 years) on the same day in Cr.No.418/2016 on the file of the respondent Police. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. 3.

Since, the petitioner is the juvenile and the proceeding is pending before the Juvenile Justice Board, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Tiruvannamalai District, the prayer sought for in this Petition cannot be granted. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is closed however, liberty is given to the petitioner to work out his remedy before the Juvenile Justice Board, Tiruvannamalai District.
