This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.17130 of 2022 on 22.07.2022 that "the petitioner shall stay at Ambur and report before the Ambur Town Police twice daily at 10.30 a.m., and 5.30 p.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter report before the respondent police twice daily at 10.30 a.m., and 5.30 p.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation".

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., and 5.30 p.m., for a period of six weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.
