This petition has been filed to direct to modify and relax the 3rd condition, of signing everyday twice at 10:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., given in the Bail Order, dated 01.09.2016 of the learned Additional Sessions Judge I, Tiruppur in Crl.M.P.No.899 of 2016 in Crime No:539 of 2016 on the file of the respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. It is seen that this petitioner has been released on bail in Crl.M.P.No.899 of 2016 by the Special Court for SC/ST Act cases Tiruppur, by order dated 01.09.2016, on condition that, he should report before the respondent police twice a day namely at 10:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. everyday until further orders. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, the petitioner is a B.E. graduate and that he is not able to go for work on account of the condition imposed by the trial Court.

5. Accepting his submissions, the condition is modified to the effect that, the petitioner should report before the respondent police everyday at 7:00 p.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required.
