O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.

3. It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents that petitioner's complaint dated 27.05.2025 has been received on 19.06.2025 only. Further, it is seen that the petitioner has given complaint before the respondent-Police against one Sivakumar, Abdul Kadhar and Venugopal, whereas he has not impleaded them as respondents in this case.

4. Considering facts and circumstances of the case, the respondent -Police is directed to proceed the case in the manner known to law. After completion of enquiry, if the respondent-Police finds that

the dispute between the parties is civil in nature, the respondent has to direct the parties to approach the civil Court. If the dispute is criminal in nature, the respondent-Police is directed to conduct enquiry and investigate the matter in the manner known to law. The petitioner is also directed to extend his cooperation for completion of enquiry.

5. With the abovesaid direction, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
