This is an application for condonation of delay of 296 days in filing the appeal.

Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned counsel for the non-applicant.

Learned counsel for the nonapplicant submits that the application does not spell out any cause much less sufficient cause for condonation of the delay.

Learned Additional Advocate General submits that on the same issue other writ petitions are pending before this Court and they are coming up on 03.08.2023.

For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, the delay of 296 days in filing the appeal is condoned. The application is allowed and disposed of.
