JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) We see no purpose in examining this appeal, as the plaint filed by the original plaintiffs was rejected and the appeal directed against the same being O.S.A.No.121 of 2014 stands dismissed today for non-prosecution. The only reason for preferring this appeal is stated to be some observation made in the course of the rejection of the plaint which may affect the title of the appellants. Since the relief of rejection of the plaint has been granted, we see no reason for such an apprehension.
