O R D E R

This Contempt Petition is filed seeking to punish the Respondents for contempt of Court under the wilful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 03.03.2020 passed by this Court in W.P.No.27285/2017 under Contempt of Courts Act.

The learned Additional Advocate General submitted that as against the order of this Court in W.P.No.27285/2017 dated 03.03.2020, the respondents have filed writ appeal before this Court in W.A.No.734 of 2002 and the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court, vide its order dated 24.03.2022, granted stay against the contempt proceedings. 3. In view of the submissions so made by the learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
