ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 21.10.2021, 22.06.2022 and lastly on 30.06.2023 to continue the post of Secondary Grade Matron based on health grounds or in the alternative to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner for mutual transfer to Virudhachalam Adi Dravidar Welfare Girls Hostel, prior to transfer counselling as per clause 9[g] of Government letter [Ms] No.78/ADW7/2023 dated 26.06.2023 issued by the first respondent. 2/5

2. The only grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner had severe set back in her health due to COVID. In this regard she has submitted a representation along with one Marimuthu for mutual transfer and the same has not been considered by the respondents. It is the contention of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that as far as transfer on mutual request, the same shall be considered and Orders be passed even before general counselling. Hence, the present Writ Petition.

3. Mr.V.Jeevagiridharan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner brought to the notice of this Court the proceedings of the Government in Govt. letter [Ms.] No.78/ADW7/2023 dated 26.06.2023, wherein guidelines have been issued for considering the request for mutual transfer. 3/5

5. In such view of the matter, the respondents are directed to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 21.10.2021 and 22.06.2022 and pass Order on the same within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs. 10.07.2023 Index:Yes/No vrc To,
