Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India,to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the petitioner's Certificate of results of SET 2012 (provisional) issued by the first respondent on 09.02.2013 and quash the same insofar as not qualifying him in SET 2012 and consequently direct the first respondent to declare the petitioner (Roll No.01021090 in commerce subject as successfully passed and qualified in the state Eligibility test (SET)2012, held on 07.10.2012 on the basis of the minimum marks prescribed for Paper-I, Paper-II and Paper-III in the notification issued by the First respondent in August, 2012, without considering the higher percentage of aggregate of all the three papers.
