MURALIDARAN CRIMINAL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION No.573 of 2018 IN CRL RC.1253/2017 A.RAVICHANDRAN, [ PETITIONER ] Vs G.KUMAR, [ RESPONDENT ] Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to extend time period for two weeks for depositing the amount of Rs.35,000/- to the credit of C.C. No.206/2012 dated 24.10.2016 on the file of the Learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Salem within a period of four weeks as per order dated 22.09.2017 passed in Crl.M.P.No.12185 of 2017 in Crl.R.C.No.1253 of 2017.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.T.SUNDARAVADANAM, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- As per order of this Court dated 22.09.2017 made in Crl.R.C.No.1253 of 2017. The petitioner was directed to deposit a sum of Rs.35,000/- to the credit of C.C.No.206/2012 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Salem, within a period of four weeks.

2. Now the petitioner has filed this petition seeking extension for a period of two weeks for depositing the aforesaid amount.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

4. This Court being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, time is extended for a period of two weeks finally from the date on which, the copy of the order is made ready. No further extension will be granted.

5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
