2. This contempt petition has been filed against the non-compliance of the order and direction issued by this Court in W.P.No.1673 of 2018, dated 23.03.2018.

3. Mr.K.Rajasrinivas, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would state that the order passed in W.P.No.1673 of 2018, dated 23.03.2018 has been complied with.

4. Mr.V.V.Sairam, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would state that in compliance of the notice issued by the respondents, his client has vacated, but subsequently, he is not permitted to enter into building by his brothers.

5. Since the dispute is between the sharers of the property, it is open to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. In that view, the Contempt Petition is closed.
