The present miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 62 days for preferring a revision against dismissal order in Crl.M.P.No.8401 of in C.C.No.14444 of 2022 on the file of the CCB, CBCID, Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore dated 22.01.2024.

Mr.A.Gopinath, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), who took notice on behalf of the respondent police has no objection for this petition being allowed.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed.

4. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Revision Case, if the papers are otherwise in order and list the same for admission.
