It is represented by the Additional Public Prosecutor that no petition/complaint is pending against the petitioner and on the other hand, the complaint lodged by the petitioner is pending for enquiry and the petitioner has to appear before the respondent police for concluding the enquiry with reference to the same.

2. Counsel for the petitioner represents that he is ready to cooperate with the respondent police and appear before him for concluding the enquiry on any date that may be fixed by this Court.
