.. Respondents Prayer: The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent to grant house site Patta based on the representation dated 27.3.2013 within the time frame that may be fixed by this Court.

O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the third respondent to grant house site Patta based on the representation of the petitioner dated 27.3.2013.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the first respondent is the competent authority to consider the grievance of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner and the representation dated 18.2.2013 was forwarded to the Tahsildar, seeking some clarification. The petitioner may be directed to give a fresh representation for consideration in accordance with law.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the respondents have not passed any orders so far, on the earlier representation and he is now ready to give another application.

4. In the light of the prayer sought for in this writ petition and the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court, directs the petitioner to give a fresh representation to the first respondent, by enclosing a copy of this order, within a period of two weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such compliance, the first respondent shall pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after providing an opportunity of personal hearing to all necessary parties, within a period of twelve weeks there from.

5. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
