Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records of the second respondent in Ref.No.C.P.No.917/03-04 dated .... 11.2013 and quash the same and forbearing the respondents from demanding the additional stamp duty which is the subject matter of C.M.A.No.2251 of 2009 pending final disposal before this Court and further forbearing the respondents from taking coercive steps by way of attachment and sale of the petitioner's property by invoking the Revenue Recovery Act.
