The petitioner herein has joined D.Ch. course in May, 2016 and completed it in May, 2018. At the time of joining the course, she had executed a bond to serve the Government for 2 years. However, no posting was given within the two years bond period immediately next after the completion of the course in May, 2018. This position was admitted by the respondents too. 2.In view of the ratio in State of Tamil Nadu vs. P.S.Sairam and others [(2020) 7 Mad LJ 513], this writ petition is allowed. The third respondent is directed to return petitioner's original certificate of Diploma in Child Health, forthwith. No costs.
