2. Considering the limited relief sought for in the petition, without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to pass final order in the Charge Memo issued to the petitioner by 2/5

the second respondent in Proceedings Na. Ka. No. 026950/A1/E5/2022-1 dated 14.07.2022, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
