The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the order of the first respondent in Rc.No.2053/B2/2005 dated 18.08.2005 and quash the same and direct the respondents not to demand any admission fee collected by the petitioner institute https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

from the students admitted in Diploma in Teacher Education Course for the academic year 2009-10 and remittance to the Government Head.

2.When the matter is taken up for consideration, there is no representation for the petitioner. Heard the learned Government Advocate for the first respondent. 3.Since the prayer sought for in this writ petition is for the academic year 2009-10, nothing survives for adjudication. Therefore, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
