C.M.P.No.16424 of 2021 in C.R.P.No.2071 of 2017 C.V.KARTHIKEYAN, J.
This petition has been filed to bring on record the respondents 2 to 6 herein as legal representatives of deceased sole respondent and array them as respondents in CRP.No.2071 of 2017.
2.
The respondent in the revision petition / Sankar had unfortunately expired during the pendency of the Revision Petition, necessitating filing of the present Civil Miscellaneous Petition to bring on record his legal representatives / widow and three daughters and one son as further respondents. Since, the respondent is the tenant it is only appropriate the legal representatives are actually brought on records, as otherwise, the landlord might face a difficulty in execution, if at all such an order is passed, at any point of time. 3.
Therefore, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. 11.04.2022 (1/2) mn/smv https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
