This application is filed to enlarge the period granted by this court on 08.06.2022 in A.No.4312 of 2021 in the above suit.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, this application is allowed.

4. Time is extended till today for compliance of the earlier order dated 08.06.2022.

5. The learned counsel for the applicant has paid the cost of Rs.2,500/- (Rupees Two Thousand and Five Hundred only) directly to the learned counsel for the respondent/plaintiff today itself and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
