O R D E R

The petitioner has approached this Court, seeking the following relief, "To issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 13.06.2018."

2. It appears from the documents along with the typed set of papers filed in support of the writ petition, the respondent Bank has given a reply notice on 24.04.2018, to the legal notice given by the petitioner. However, without https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

challenging the reply notice, dated 24.04.2018, the petitioner has approached this Court seeking Writ of Mandamus to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 13.06.2018. Apart from that this Court is having reservation of maintainability of the writ petition filed against the respondent herein which is nothing but a private Bank. In any event, the Writ of Mandamus, as prayed for, cannot be maintainable in view of the specific reply given to the legal notice given by the petitioner.

3. For the above said reasons, the writ petition is without any merits and the same is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is dismissed. No costs.
