JUDGMENT
This Civil Suit has been filed to declare that the plaintiffs are the absolute owners in respect of the suit Schedule B mentioned undivided share of land in proportion to the entitlement set out in suit schedule B hereunder and for the costs of the suit.
2.It is seen from the records that earlier, this Court, on 01.12.2025 had referred the matter to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court, Madras. Accordingly, the parties have appeared before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court Madras and arrived at a compromise and entered into a memorandum of joint compromise dated 06.04.2026. Both the learned counsels for the plaintiffs and the defendants are present and submits that the matter has been settled between the parties before the mediation centre on 19.06.2026. However, it is seen that D4 and his counsel has not signed the compromise and an e-mail sent by D4 has been attached with the memorandum of compromise stating that 'I consent to proceed with UDS regularization document in below email'. 3/5
Subsequently, D4 has also appeared before this Court through video conference on 19.06.2026 and submitted that the matter has been settled and the learned counsel for D4 has also signed the memorandum of joint compromise dated 06.04.2026 3.In view of the above, this Civil Suit is disposed of in terms of the memorandum of joint compromise dated 06.04.2026. The memorandum of joint compromise dated 06.04.2026 shall form part of the decree and Judgment and the same is recorded. This court directs the registry to refund the entire court fees paid in the suit under Section 69-A of the Tamil Nadu Court Fees Suit & Valuation Act, 1955. No costs. Consequently, all the connected applications and original applications, if any, stand closed.
