2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, this application is allowed.

4. Time is extended till today for compliance of the earlier order dated 08.06.2022.

5. The learned counsel for the applicants has paid the cost of Rs.5000/-(Rupees Five Thousand Only) directly to the learned counsel for the respondents/plaintiffs today itself and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
