ORDER

The petition is to quash the Charge Sheet in C.C.No.1439 of 2020 on the file of the XI Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Egmore, Chennai - Exclusive Trial of CCB Cases.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that he has given change of vakalath as early as on January 2023. He further submitted that the first petitioner is no more.

3. None has entered appearance on behalf of the petitioners.

4. Mr.A.Damodaran, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, for the first respondent and Mr.M.Rajan, the learned counsel for the defacto complainant/second respondent submitted that there is Page No.2 of 4

Non Bailable Warrant pending against the third accused/second petitioner.

5. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
