ssr 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation was completed and the final report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Mettupalayam and the case is now pending in STC No.801 of 2020. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor further submitted that the matter stands posted on 25.09.2023 at the stage of issuance of summons on the accused persons.

3.In the light of the above development, no further orders can be passed in this criminal original petition and accordingly, the same is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
