In the earlier postings, the counsel who was then representing the petitioner has made a submission that he has been disengaged from the case by the petitioner, and that there was a direction to print the name of the petitioner in the cause-list and was adjourned to 13.02.2018.

2. Today, the name of the petitioner is printed in the causelist. The party is called, but there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, this petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
