ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) Seeking issuance of community certificate to the effect that she belongs to Konda Reddis Community, which is a Scheduled Tribe community, an application was made on behalf of the petitioner on 06.12.2017. As the same is still pending consideration, the present writ petition has been filed. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent.

3.Taking into consideration the pendency of the application and without going into the merits of the case, the respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on the application dated 06.12.2017 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that it is open to the respondent to take into consideration the certificate issued already in favour of the parents of the petitioner.

4.With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
