ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition the petitioner shall report before the Economic Office Wing, Coimbatore on the first and third Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders, vide order in Crl.M.P.No.3998 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.25947 of 2024 dated 06.03.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the aforementioned condition regularly.

3. Considering the above submission, the aforementioned condition imposed against the petitioner is totally relaxed and this petition is allowed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
