C.M.P Nos.574, 578 and 579 of 2023 in C.M.A.No.2965 of 2014 A.A.NAKKIRAN, J.

These three petitions have been filed by the petitioners, i) to condone the delay of 2040 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the appellant M.Periasamy in CMA No.2965 of 2014, ii) to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 1st appellant M.Periasamy and iii) to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased 1st appellant, M.Periyasamy as appellants 2 to 5 in CMA No.2965 of 2014.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent Corporation has no objection in allowing these three applications.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions, these three petitions are allowed.

5. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment and post the matter on 24.01.2023 for arguments.
