This petition has been filed to relax the condition of reporting daily at 10.30 am until further order before respondent police imposed by this court in CRL OP.NO.12009 of 2023 dated 01.06.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that, the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police, once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
