Prayer :- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to take action based

on the circular issued by first respondent in Circular No.41530/U1/2017 dated 08.11.2017 with respect to fraudulent registration thereby cancel the sale deeds registered as Document Nos.6387 of 2021 and 6388 of 2021 dated 30.06.2021 on the file of the third respondent.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to take action based on the circular issued by first respondent in Circular No.41530/U1/2017 dated 08.11.2017 with respect to fraudulent registration thereby cancel the sale deeds registered as Document Nos.6387 of 2021 and 6388 of 2021 dated 30.06.2021 on the file of the third respondent.

2.Heard Mr.P.Subba Reddy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 and M/s AL.Ganthimathi, learned counsel appearing for the fifth respondent. 3.Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to conduct an enquiry on the representation, dated 30.06.2021, after issuance of notice to the parties concerned and after giving them an opportunity of hearing i.e. the petitioner and the respondents 4 to 7 herein and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
