This petition has been filed to permit the petitioner/appellant to prosecute the second appeal as an indigent person.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition. He would also submit that he is ready to pay the Court fee.

3. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

4. The Court fee shall be paid within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
