This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.15525 of 2022 on 06.07.2022 to report before the Inspector of Police, B1 Town Police Station, Dharmapuri daily at 10.30 a.m and 5.30 p.m for a period of four weeks and thereafter report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m, until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police twice in a week, i.e., on every Tuesday and Thursday at 10.30 a.m. and 05.30 p.m, until further orders.
