This writ petition has been filed by considering the representation dated 10.04.2024 to cancel the gift deed having Document No.652/2015 given to the 1st and 2nd respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the respondents are directed to consider the representation dated 10.04.2024 submitted by the petitioner and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
