..Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to regularize the services of the petitioner the post of Assistant Medical Officers (Unani) from the date of initial appointment and declare his probation satisfactorily completed with all consequential monetary and service benefits and also promote the petitioner to the post of Professor.

The relief sought for in this writ petition is to direct the respondents to regularise the service of the writ petitioner in the post of Assistant Medical Officers (Unani) from the date of initial appointment and declare his probation and monetary benefits.

2. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner made a submission that the services of the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

has already been regularised by the respondents and the grievance of the writ petitioner in respect of regularisation has been redressed. However, the opportunity of promotion has not been granted to the petitioner. However, the writ petitioner has submitted a representation on 06.01.2010 for promotion.

3. Since the representation was submitted prior to the regularisation of service, the writ petitioner is directed to submit a fresh representation setting out all the details to the respondents and in the event of receiving any such representation from the writ petitioner, the respondents are directed to consider the same on merits and in accordance with law.
