Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner and perused the records.

The reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petition to condone the exorbitant delay of 1210 days are not convincing. This Court is not inclined to condone the delay and accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous petition stands dismissed.
