C.M.P.No. 16051 of 2022 in S.A. Sr. No. 83159 of 2022 P.T. ASHA, J., The petition is filed to condone the delay of 66 days in filing the above appeal.

2. The 7th respondent is dead even pending the suit, however, his legal heirs have not been brought on record. Considering the earlier order dated 16.10.2023, the Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed as abated as against the 3rd respondent. The other respondents have no objection to the delay being condoned. Accordingly, the delay is condoned.

3. The Registry is directed to number the appeal if otherwise in order.
