Heard the learned counsel for the review petitioner and also perused the materials available on record.

2. This Court is not satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the miscellaneous petition filed to condone the delay of 767 days in filing the review application. Hence, WMP.No.19703 of 2023 stands dismissed.

3. The review petitioner under the guise of arguing the condone delay application, wants to re-argue the merits of the case, which is impermissible under law. There is no error apparent on the face of the record to review the order passed by this Court. Hence, Review Application Sr.No.33169 of 2022 stands rejected.
