This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the learned Additional District Sessions Judge, Salem to accept the surrender of the petitioners in connection with the case in Cr.No.904 of 2024 on the file of the 3rd respondent police and to consider and pass orders on the bail application on the same day.

2. In view of Section 15A of the SC & ST Act, the prayer in this petition cannot be acceded and therefore, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the trial court to consider the bail petition without any violations of the provisions of the Act. 10.07.2024 Vv To 2/4
