C.M.P.No. 13303 of 2022 in A.S.No. 373 of 2022 M.DURAISWAMY, J and SUNDER MOHAN, J (Order of Court was made by M.DURAISWAMY, J.) The plaintiff in O.S.No. 8 of 2013 on the file of the I Additional District Court, Tindivanam, in a suit for specific performance, have filed the A.S.

2. The above petition seeking for interim injunction not to alienate the property cannot be granted for the reason that any alienation would be hit by Section 52 of the Transfer of Property Act.

3. In such view of the matter, we are not inclined to allow the petition. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed.
