ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a direction to the respondents 2 and 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 23.05.2024 regarding cancellation of the patta No. 736 granted in favour of 4th and 5th respondent and to revive the patta as per the old records in favour of the petitioner's father.

2. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal. Since, no adverse order is passed against the respondents 4 and 5, notice to them is dispensed with.

3. It is the case of the writ petitioner that the petitioner is the absolute owner of the subject property, however, patta is granted in favour of the respondents 4 and 5. Hence, the petitioner submitted a reprsentation on 24.05.2024 with a request to cancel the patta issued in favour of the private respondents, which is pending without consideration till date. Hence, this writ petition.

4. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

5. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the 2/4

respondents 2 and 3 are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 23.05.2024 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the official respondents and any other interested persons. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
