Writ appeals filed under Clause 15 of the Letters Patent, against the common order dated 13.07.2022 passed in W.P.No.26715, 26712 & 26717 of 2019, respectively.

2. When these matters are taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw these writ appeals, as the appellant is inclined to file an application under Samadhan Scheme, announced by the State Government to settle the pending disputes arising from the TNVAT Act, 2006. He has also made an endorsement in the respective case bundles, to that effect.

3. In view of the above submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the appellant, these writ appeals are dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
