ORDER
This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed praying to extend the time given to the petitioner to return to India in the order dated 24.04.2026 made in Crl.OP.No.9624 of 2026.

It is seen that this Court, while disposing the petition in Crl.OP.No.9624 of 2026 by order dated 24.04.2026, kept in abeyance the look out circular issued in crime No.R.C.4E/2017 for the period between 27.04.2026 and 20.05.2026. However, now this miscellaneous petition has been filed to extend the time given to the petitioner to return to India, stating certain difficulties.

Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this criminal miscellaneous petition is allowed and the time given to the petitioner to return to India is extended till 01.07.2026.
