This order will now dispose of the captioned 'Writ Miscellaneous Petitions' ['WMPs'].

2. Captioned WMPs have been filed under Rule 15 of 'Madras High Court Writ Rules, 2021' [hereinafter 'Writ Rules 2021' for the sake of convenience and brevity] by 4 petitioners with a prayer to file a single writ petition.

3. Adverting to the support affidavit, Mr.B.Arvind Srevatsa, learned counsel on record for writ petitioners submits that the writ petitioners are joint owners of the property for which the impugned notices have been issued and petitioners undertake to pay court fee for their individual writ petitions.
