The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to regularize 1/4
the services of the petitioners and to give monetary benefits with retrospective effect to the petitioners from the date of completion of 10 years of service in light of the order dated 08.08.2012 in Writ Appeal No.168 of 2012.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.
3.The case of the petitioners is that the petitioners made representation dated 28.04.2019 seeking regularization of services and for monetary benefits with retrospective effect, however, the same has not yet been considered. Hence, this petition.
4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that it would suffice, if this Court issues direction to the respondents to consider the petitioners' representation dated 28.04.2019 and pass appropriate orders, within a reasonable time frame.
5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to issue direction to the respondents to consider the petitioners' representation dated 28.04.2019, on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
