The petitioner herein is arrayed as fourth accused in a case of 21 kgs, seizure of Ganja.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that only based on the confession of the co-accused, he has been arrayed.

However, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor states that this petitioner along with 4 others conspired to possess and transport commercial quantity of Ganja and the same was recovered from Suresh, Purushothaman, Yuvaraj. The rest of the two accused namely Yuvraj and Devaraj had fled on seeing the raiding party and this petitioner who was one among the person fled, was arrested on 13.03.2022.

Considering the case and commercial quantity, the bail petition is dismissed.
