This application is presented by the claimant in the arbitral proceedings. It is stated that the arbitral tribunal was constituted pursuant to orders of this Court in a Section 11 petition, and that the sole arbitrator entered upon reference on 26.11.2018. After pointing out that one previous extension was granted, learned counsel for the applicant stated that both parties concluded their arguments in the arbitral proceedings and that orders were reserved. The present application is filed because the time limit specified under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 expired on 29.05.2022.

2. The respondents are represented by counsel and have no objection to this application being allowed.
