ORDER
Challenging the notice dated 20.04.2010 issued by the respondent, indicating fixation of the enhanced rent in respect of the Shop No.60B run by the petitioner, the present writ petition came to be filed.
2.When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that subsequent to the filing of this writ petition, the rent of the shop in question was re-fixed and paid without any default and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

3.Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
