(The Case has been heard through Video Conference) Mr.C.S.K.Sathish, learned counsel appearing for the respondent/contemnor would submit that the cheque amount of Rs.4,22,810/- as admitted in paragraph No.4 of the counter affidavit is ready for disbursement to the defacto complainant now itself. Cont.P.No.1124 of 2020 granted to the respondent/contemnor to recover the dues from the writ petitioner. However, the respondent is willing to settle the terminal benefit of the petitioner without prejudice to its rights to initiate the recovery proceedings in the manner known to law and appropriately recover the claim amount of Rs.4,22,810/-. However, liberty is granted to the respondent/contemnor to proceed the claim of Rs.4,22,810/- after following the principles of natural justice.
