2.This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 133 days in filing the appeal against the order and decreetal order dated 28.07.2015 made in M.C.O.P.No.4311 f 2013 on the file of IV Court of Small Causes, Chennai.

3.Learned counsel for the respondents/claimants has no objection raised on the side of the respondents in allowing this petition.

4.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and also no objection raised by the learned counsel for the respondents, this petition is allowed and the delay is condoned.
